Return Policy - Tycentre Vehicles

At Tycentre Vehicles, your satisfaction is our priority. This policy outlines our guidelines for returns, refunds, and exchanges, applicable to customers in the United States, European Union, and other international regions.

1. Eligibility & Timeframe:
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories, and accompanied by a valid receipt or order number.

2. Products Not Eligible for Return:

  • Used, damaged, or altered items.

  • Final sale or clearance items.

  • Custom-made or personalized products.

  • Batteries once opened or used due to safety/hygiene reasons.
     

3. Return Process:

  • Initiate Return: Contact our customer service at [[email protected]] or WhatsApp [+8613506597855] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please provide your order number and reason for return.

  • Packaging: Securely package the item in its original packaging, ensuring all components are included. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

  • Shipping: Ship the item to the return address provided with your RMA. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
     

4. Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customer Responsibility: For non-defective or non-damaged returns (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size ordered), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Tycentre Vehicles Responsibility: We will cover return shipping costs if the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item received.
     

5. Refunds:

  • Processed within 30 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

  • A 10% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns to cover processing and repackaging costs.
     

6. Exchanges:
We offer exchanges for items of equal value, subject to product availability and our return eligibility criteria. Please contact our customer service to arrange an exchange.

7. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • Report any damaged or defective items within 3 days of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos or videos of the damage/defect along with your order number.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
     

8. US Customers:
Returns are governed by federal and state consumer protection laws. Your right to return non-defective items may be subject to our standard policy terms (timeframe, restocking fee).
 

9. EU Customers (Right of Withdrawal):
In accordance with EU consumer law, you have a 14-day "right of withdrawal" period from the date of delivery to return items without giving a reason. You must inform us within this 14-day period. You are responsible for return shipping costs for non-faulty items.
 

10. International Customers (Outside US/EU):
Returns from outside the US and EU are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for specific instructions. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes.
