  3. Proceed to checkout. Payment Methods: We accept PayPal (for quick, buyer-protected transactions) and T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) for bulk or professional account settlements.

  4. UK based account for easy and quick online/office payment with any amount, either one piece of spare part or bulk quantties.
     

4. What is the shipping time within the UK?

Since our stock is physically located in the UK, we offer rapid domestic fulfillment. Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days via reliable UK couriers (such as DPD or DX), ensuring your customers receive their bikes quickly without any customs delays.

 

5. What is your Return Policy for UK customers?

We offer a "Limited-Reason Return" policy to give you and your customers total peace of mind:

  • 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: In compliance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers can return the product within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.

  • Condition: The bike must be in its original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.

  • Process: Please contact our support team to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  • Suggestion: We strongly recommend you to take a complete and mature consideration before taking a dropshipped item.
     

6. Are these bikes legal to ride in the UK?

  • 750W Step-through: This model is designed for power. Please note that in the UK, EAPC (Electrically Assisted Pedal Cycles) regulations typically limit road-legal motors to 250W. The 750W model is intended for use on private land or must be registered as a moped (Speed Pedelec) for road use.

  • 3000W Electric Dirt Bike: This is a high-power off-road vehicle intended for private land use only. It does not qualify as a standard bicycle under UK law. As a dropshipper, we recommend clearly stating these usage guidelines on your product pages to ensure compliance.
     

7. Do you provide a warranty for dropshipped bikes?

Yes. We provide a comprehensive limited warranty covering the frame, motor, and battery. If your customer encounters a manufacturing defect, our UK-based technical support team will provide guidance, replacement parts, or repair solutions to ensure the issue is resolved promptly.
