Cancellation Policy

Vehicle Inspection Service Policy - Tycentre Vehicles By booking our Vehicle Inspection service, you agree to these terms: 1. Service Overview: Tycentre Vehicles provides independent, professional inspection of ATVs, electric scooters, and e-bikes sourced in China. We verify product quality and specifications against agreed criteria, reducing risks for international buyers. This service excludes legal advice or repair. 2. Booking & Confirmation: All bookings require Tycentre Vehicles' confirmation. After submission, our team will review details (factory, product) and confirm the schedule within 1-2 business days. An email confirmation will be sent upon approval. Please delay final travel/supplier payments until your inspection is confirmed. 3. Client Obligations: Accuracy: Provide complete and accurate information (factory name/address in China, contact, product type/quantity). Inaccurate data may lead to delays/cancellation without refund. Access: Ensure our inspectors have full, timely access to the factory and products on the scheduled date. Delays may incur extra charges. Payment: Full service payment is due 48 hours prior to inspection / at booking confirmation. 4. Pricing & Payment: Service price confirmed upon booking. Payments are processed securely online via wire transfer with service confirmation. Additional charges may apply for extended inspection time or add-on services. 5. Rescheduling & Cancellation: Rescheduling: Requests must be made at least 48 hours before confirmed inspection. Subject to availability. Client Cancellation: 72 hoursor more before: Full refund minus $30.00 admin fee. Between 24 -72 hours before: 50% cancellation fee. Less than 24 hours before / no-show: Non-refundable. Tycentre Vehicles Cancellation: Full refund or free rescheduling offered if we cancel due to unforeseen events. 6. Inspection Report: A detailed report of findings will be provided within 4-6 business days post-inspection. It includes observations on quality, specifications, defects, and supporting evidence (photos/videos if applicable). 7. Liability Limitation: Inspections are based on observable conditions and client-provided info at the time of service. Our inspection is not a guarantee of future performance or product warranty.
