Defective Products (Seller’s Responsibility)

If the e-bike has a serious manufacturing defect, we accept full returns and cover return shipping costs.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof (photos/videos) for a refund or replacement.

Buyer-Requested Returns (Non-Defective Products)

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. No returns accepted after this period.

The e-bike must be unused, in original packaging, and with no signs of wear, damage, or assembly.

All tags, accessories, and manuals must be intact.

All fees arising from such returns are for buyer's account.

General Terms

Return shipping fees for non-defective items are paid by the buyer.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Customized or special-order e-bikes are non-refundable unless defective.

Wearable parts (e.g., tires, brake pads) are not covered under standard returns.

Email us at Warranty with your order number and reason for return.
