E-Bikes' Conversion Kits Return & Refund Policy

Defective Products (Seller’s Responsibility)

• If the e-bike has a serious manufacturing defect, we accept full returns and cover return shipping costs.

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof (photos/videos) for a refund or replacement.

Buyer-Requested Returns (Non-Defective Products)

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. No returns accepted after this period.

• The e-bike must be unused, in original packaging, and with no signs of wear, damage, or assembly.

• All tags, accessories, and manuals must be intact.

• All fees arising from such returns are for buyer's account.

General Terms

• Return shipping fees for non-defective items are paid by the buyer.

• Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• Customized or special-order e-bikes are non-refundable unless defective.

• Wearable parts (e.g., tires, brake pads) are not covered under standard returns.

How to Initiate a Return

• Email us at Warranty with your order number and reason for return.

• We will provide return instructions. Do not ship back without approval.
