Product Warranty Terms

Thank you for your purchase. Tycentre, the manufacturer and supplier,  hereinafter referred to as the Guarantor, shall guarantee good quality and proper functioning of the purchased products(s) if used in the manner appropriate for the purpose thereof and in accordance with the operation manual, and shall provide warranty services subject to the following conditions:
1. This Warranty covers the defects resulting from defective parts, materials or manufacturing, if such defects are revealed during the period of 3-12 months since the date of purchase. 

Ebikes, ATVs and Scooters:  1 year

Ebikes' Conversion Kits: 6 months

Defective Products (Seller’s Responsibility)

1. If the e-bike has a serious manufacturing defect, we accept full returns and cover return shipping costs.

2. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof (photos/videos) for a refund or replacement.

Buyer-Requested Returns (Non-Defective Products)

3. Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. No returns accepted after this period.

4. The e-bike must be unused, in original packaging, and with no signs of wear, damage, or assembly.

5. All tags, accessories, and manuals must be intact.

6. All fees arising from such returns are for buyer's account.

General Terms

  • Return shipping fees for non-defective items are paid by the buyer.

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Customized or special-order e-bikes are non-refundable unless defective.

  • Wearable parts (e.g., tires, brake pads) are not covered under standard returns.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Email us at Warranty with your order number and reason for return.

  • We will provide return instructions. Do not ship back without approval.

Note: This policy complies with general industry standards and consumer protection laws. For questions, contact our support team.

The Warranty does not cover:

  • Mechanical or electric damages resulting from incorrect installation, usage or other activities inconsistent with the operation manual or contradictory to technical specifications;

  • Damages caused by acts of God, floods, fires, lighting or other natural disasters, wars, unexpected events, inappropriate voltage, defective supply materials or other external factors;

  • The product that has been tampered with by the Warranty beneficiary or any other person in any way, including repair, willful constructional variations, modifications and adjustments;

  • The product with serial numbers and/or the Guarantor seals damaged or illegible; 

  • The activities specified in the operation manual, which remain the sole responsibility of the Customer in his own capacity and at his own expense;

  • Defects resulting from the usage of improper or non-genuine supply materials;

  • Damages due to the user's fault or lack of operation knowledge;

8. Warranty Result(s)

Guarantor will either refund or replace the defective product(s) to warranty beneficiary as per discussion or agreement.

BBQ Grill and related products: 

- all ceramics: 10 years

- metal parts: 5 years

- Other parts, accessories & tools: 1 year

- Accessories: non-warranty

BBQ Grill Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns Due to Product Defects (Seller’s Responsibility)

  • If your BBQ grill has a serious manufacturing defect (e.g., damaged parts, non-functional components), we accept full returns or replacements.

  • We will cover return shipping costs for defective items.

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/videos as proof for resolution.

2. Buyer-Requested Returns (Non-Defective Products)

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. No returns accepted after this period.

  • The BBQ grill must be unused, in its original packaging, and show no signs of assembly, wear, or damage.

  • All accessories, manuals, and protective coatings (if applicable) must be intact.

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

3. General Return Conditions

  • Used, assembled, or damaged grills will not be accepted for return.

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Customized or special-order grills (e.g., engraved, modified) are non-refundable unless defective.

  • Gas components & consumable parts (e.g., burners, igniters) may have separate warranty terms.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  • Email Warranty with your order number and reason for return.

  • Do not ship the grill back without our approval—we will provide return instructions.

Note: This policy follows standard industry practices. For warranty claims beyond 7 days, refer to the manufacturer’s warranty included with your product.

Tycentre Ltd follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

Tycentre Ltd does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.
