Limited Warranty Terms of Scooters
A) Time Duration and content of warranty: All the products of our scooters will be 12months warranty(except wearing parts). During our warranty period, we will provde free servcie for maintainance, replacement for free if caused due to Non-human Reasons. Service after 12months will be requiring material cost and labor cost. Warranty over 12months will be charged additionally. Wearing parts refer to Brake Pads, Lights, Electric Assays, Audio components and Tires. Please note the above wearing parts are based on the different use condition. Any improper use will possibly make batteries life shorter. We will also keep free replacement in 12months after production. Non-human Reasons refers to the following. Not qualified people drive or use the carts, accident and other improper use. B) Service response: Our aftersales service department will be relpying any of your questoins arising from the use of our carts with 7x24 service We provide 1~3days free training on driving, maintainance and repairing for the wholeseller, distributors, and retailers based on order quantities. We will send our engineer to the buyer's location for 5~10days if the order quantities are minimum 1000units We provide professional service in 48hours in China. C) Customers interests warranty: All our scooters are adapting commonly used parts, which are competitaple with other famous brand carts, some of the parts can be purchase locally, or competible parts and replacements. Buyers can easily find replacements or spare parts in his local market. We promise our continious service for the main parts after warranty duration, such as Engine,Frames, Transmission system. This will lower your cost in choosing our products. |
